Breathing and timer
Five practices — coherent 5-5, a calming one with the longer exhale, triangle, box 4-4-4-4 and 4-7-8 — laid over any room, all of them free. Set a timer and the room fades out on its own when the time is up.
A room for the mood
Six moods — calm, sleep, focus, energy, breathing, quiet. Each one sets the scene, palette, speed and sound at once. Save a room you like, whole, and come straight back to it next time.
Sound
Nine tracks inside: three musical and six from nature — rain, ocean, forest, wind, fireplace, cosmos. The sound is free in full, music included.

Free: all three rooms, all five breathing practices, the whole built-in sound library and two slots for saved rooms. A one-time purchase — no subscription — adds your own music from the phone, the microphone (the room answers your voice and the space around you), every palette plus an editor for your own, the full Patterns and Fibers — new patterns, relief, symmetry and tilt control — and the remaining saved-room slots.
