Sensortopia is a collection of separate applications and a showcase website for them. By using the applications or the website you agree to these terms.
1. What this is
The applications are meant for personal use and enjoyment. Some of them are free, some may offer paid features through the app stores.
2. Intellectual property
The applications, their content, design and code belong to the author of Sensortopia. Personal use is allowed; copying, resale or distribution without permission is not.
3. Disclaimer of warranties
The applications and the website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The author is not liable for any damage arising from their use, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. App stores
Installation and purchases in Google Play (and subsequently the App Store) are governed by the terms of the respective store. Refunds and payment questions are settled on the store’s side.
5. Personal data
The applications and the website collect no personal data and require no registration. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
